Coworker's wife likes sports and resented the need to keep the girls in doubled-up sports bras, etc. She even said she thought that "back problems" complaints are a little overdone... but then complained instead about weirdly specific rib pains from underwire bras (in a way that I can't claim I fully understood). So yeah, everybody's body is different.
