The general consensus is that, either Magnet leaked some unreleased GYARI stuff to friends because "GYARI music cool" or she had an IRL job, but she didn't tell GYARI it was a government or public service job, that would have smacked GYARI and herself because of the fiscal year and by law people working with the government (In Japan) can't have second income sources, to avoid corruption. Or she was a minor and lied about her age, problem here being that she smoked and drinked several times on-stream, that would have compromised the entire company too.
Regardless of the actual truth, any of the above mentioned scenarios get her terminated out of necessity to avoid trouble.
Honestly, I do miss her as Magnet but atleast she left us with a last banger COVER.
