>Character design7 - A vtuber's design is the first thing that makes me interested in them
>Lore / Kayfabe3 - Lore and such can be fun but whether or not they adhere to it doesn't matter. The level the EN girls do it currently is more than enough whereas someone on the level of Luna would be equally good too.
>Personality10 - You can ignore a shitty design and an annoying kayfabe if they're interesting. You can forgive quite a lot if they're interesting
>Voice10 - The voice is surprisingly overlooked in its importance. Someone with an annoying voice could be hilarious, but their voice would still drive people away. Since you're most likely listening to them more than watching, it's more important than their character design
>Tastes (likes, dislikes, their Oshi, etc.)4 - People can be different so long as it doesn't delve into the really stupid stuff
>Non-streaming skill (art, singing, etc.)6 - It adds more variety for their content
>Streaming skill (troubleshooting, chat interaction, etc.)8 - Their main content is streaming, so knowing how to actually do it should be mandatory
>Streaming output (How many hours a week they stream)5 - Assuming 15 hours a week is the "norm" (5 three-hour streams a week) anything more could be nice but not enough to affect my opinion on them. Less than 15 hours however will make me begin to not bother watching them when they do stream.
>Non-streaming production (songs, artwork, videos, etc.)3 - Holofes and other big events like lives or birthdays and such could be great, but I couldn't care less about anything else and actively dislike when these things take away time from streaming.
