I used to have one. It was actually pretty good while it lasted, but the battery and the bluetooth crapped out after like 4 months. I guess theyre just not made with quality in mind since its a bit of a niche

I recently started using her ASMR to sleep with a headband like that. I can't really tell if it helps me sleep or not, but I don't mind. My only complaint would be that the headphone bits like to settle in awkward positions when I sleep which can leave me with really sore ears in the morning.

I'm using MAXROCK Sleep Earplugs from amazon, very cheap
I don't feel them even whem I'm sleeping on the side
Unfortunately, cord has not strangled me to death yet
