Ina is incredibly boring and compensates for her lack of personality with random quotes or jokes she's learnt from the internet and will use them completely out of their intended context. Then she'll laugh at her own jokes out of insecurity.
It's pretty obvious that Takodachis all just have yellow fever, and use Ina's stereotype as a dull seiso asian as a selling point as to how she's superior over the rest of EN.
