>>44506289Ah yeah, I forgot the married couple tax benefit
It doesn't really cross my mind because marrying with tax benefit as one of the motivation sounds ridiculous
There are some smarter and legal ways of reducing tax instead of tying down yourself in marriage
>Couples under 34 (or 35?) on their wedding day can receive financial support up to 300 thousand JPY if their total annual income are below 3.4M JPY (after tax)miComet can't get this benefit for sure
Just to give you a picture, Miko's 5th birthday merch for the limited set has been sold out in 10 mins (based on merchdataanon there are 6.000 sets for the limited sets and the total amount for those is 792.000 USD, converted to JPY that's around 107M JPY for the sales of limited set only), assuming Miko get 5% of that after the cut and expenses that would be around 5M JPY and thats's only for the 6.000 limited sets
And Suisei…has a sololive and released an album this year without a record label backing her, and assuming Bushiroad and Cover doesn't take as much as record labels usually do, the only conclusion I can give is she is rich too
>There seems to be a benefit of lowering tax bracket if one of the married couple has a lower tax bracket than the otherJudging by their earning their tax rate are most likely 33% or 40%
would be crazy if their tax rate is actually 45%, if one of them got the 40% tax rate while the other got 33% tax rate then this benefit could work
>Additional spousal tax deduction can be claim only if the annual income of the lower earning spouse is not above 1.03M JPY…
Conclusion: These two rich women can't get married with bijinesu cope
Bijinesu owari da…
No wonder they are delaying their marriage, they are still looking for some believable cope to get married
