>>4458473Only awful people say this because of nostalgia. Game is shit and has aged horribly. And I don't mean because of the meme stuff like the laugh. The levels are small and ridiculously linear, cutscenes galore every time you walk down one corridor. The upgrade grid in the original is boring, slightly better in the reissue with the misnamed expert grid. The story is dumb and only saved because of the memes, the world building attempts are especially nonsensical. The battle system isn't interesting with zero urgency, X-2 is unironically the better game with a deeper battle system thanks to its dress job system which gives you all kinds of strategic choices to make. Oh, and the remaster makes the faces of the characters even worse looking.
