Matsuri just got 1 million today and she's been with hololive for 3 years. Unless you're the biggest youtuber on the entire platform, there will always be someone doing better. The solution is to not compare yourself to others, but to your former self. If you're earning enough to make it your job, and your channel is growing, that's enough to be happy about.
