1) AnyColor would claim their vids for copyright infringement
2) YT would strike said channel (3 strikes and your channel would get taken down)
3) Said channel can appeal said strike
4) Once appealed, YT would give AnyColor a specific # of days to reject said appeal. If they reject, then both parties would duke it out in court. If they ignore said appeal or just let the days ran out, then appeal would automatically be approved and channel strikes would be revoked
