With niji en quite litteraly having drama each week, I think it's safe to say they really rush the hiring process and don't fully vet canidates properly.

While I'm sure everyone here wants another holo en gen, this just shows why Yagoo's strict hiring process is so usefull.

Drama like this simply doesn't happen in holo and for good reason.

There likely simply haven't been enouch canidates with strong enough resumes for cover to feel comfotrable putting together a new gen and it's as simple as that
