He's most likely a clipfag, like most western vtuber fans, and once NijiEN dropped, translated NijiJP clips dropped off the face of the earth, and now clipfags for NijiJP have to really on being dripfed whatever content occasionally comes up. Hell, NijiJP's western presence is so much more limited now that most of the clips that do turn up are about them interacting with NijiEN. It's depressing shit, but that's the way it is.
