(1) "Koh" with an /ō/, to follow the English rule of "e" at the end makes a vowel long. Like a Japanese "kō" that goes "mō".
(2) "Kah-weh", starting off with the short /a/ by chopping the "w" off of "cow", the pronouncing the "we" as if it were "web" without the "b". So almost like a Japanese "kawe" would be if ゑ still existed.
(3) Just "Cow", completely normally, and the "e" is silent for no reason at all.
