Reminder that Zaion was only fired for her name that management chose, nothing else.
>Rape/bad jokes
Other Niji streamers do it all the time and they don't even get a slap on the wrist.
>Discussion of internal affairs/lying about internal affairs/lying to management
This could be literally anything. When Pomu or Elira talk about internal discussions, do they qoute them verbatim? No, they generalize it and don't tell the whole truth. Why hasn't Niji accused them of wrongful disclosure/lies?
>Lying about advertisers
This was a joke about Raid Shadow Legends, literally three other Niji streamers have done the exact same thing in the past month whilst not being sponsored by Raid. Another example of double standards.
>Bad mouthing games on stream
Is a streamer not allowed to discuss how much they like or dislike a game? Other Niji streamers do it all the time. Double standards.
But here's the real kicker that confirms she wasn't fired for actual wrong doing:
>All her gen-mates are super upset about this, but they give the most stale copy-paste statements, they all sound very upset in their statements but their words don't align with their tone
>Other members of Niji are telling fans to support XSOLIEL in these hard times, again showing that they know it wasn't right
>AnyColor instantly copyright striking videos about Zaion when they've never done that before about any other suspended/fired talents, implying they want to control the narrative
Zaion was banned because her fans started calling themselves Zaionists.
For obvious reasons this won't fly in the current political climate.
AnyColor very likely received several warnings from groups like the ADL or other Jewish companies.
I'm not implying this is a "DAH JEWS RULE EVERYTHING!!!" situation, I'm just saying, AnyColor realized their mistake in naming her character Zaion.
But instead of simply announcing a new name and explaining why, they threw her under the bus, likely because:
>1, Her name and fan name already caught the attention of several news outlets and rights groups, so renaming her would've been admitting their mistake and brought more attention to it.
>2, It's probably cheaper to fire her and point out every little mistake she made as the reason than it is to redo all the advertisements/banners/merch/whatever for her.
So basically, because Japs can't into English, they made a very blatant mistake in naming her Zaion, and after realizing their mistake, they decided to throw her under the bus rather than take all the harsh publicity calling them Anti-semites.
They intentionally dragged her name through the mud to distance themselves from her and make it looks like everything was her fault, so they can keep good publicity and the overall bottom line. It also gives them good publicity because it looks like they ousted a hateful, racist bigot from their company.
I really hope she has a copy of all their chat logs and phone calls, cause this will be a fun day in court.
