First she got really sick, and while she was sick her computer broke, as well as her backup computer and her phone. She ordered a new computer but it didn't work so she had to RMA it and it. Then she ordered another one but it was lost in transit. By this point she had to go to Japan for the upcoming concert, so she hasn't had time to buy a new one. At the rate things are going, she'll probably miss her flight back home and end up having to stay another week in Japan.
