No point protesting something that's already happened, and defending her now might just draw even more awkward contrast and management probably explicitly forbids that. So the best they can say, is just nothing at all. At least for now.
I mean I thought Kotoka was a sweetie until she spoke up about it so it makes sense that smarter girls can see that months from now we'll still remember their being dicks to Zaion after she got canned so best not be.
