The difference between a sociopath and a psychopath is that sociopaths don't control their emotions, whereas psychopaths are able to calmly assess a situation and rationalize the consequences of their actions without internalizing it. A sociopath would punch a guy who stepped on his shoe at work or shout at his face. A psychopath would ensure the offender that they're fine, only to then fuck over their work by deleting files off of their work device or through similarly planned behaviour. Hex being called a sociopath for cultivating a suicide sex cult seems like a wrong assessment to me, sociopathic behaviour would be more akin to him DMing a fan directly and requesting more of these self harm pics. Indirectly cultivating a fanbase such as this through likes seems too discrete in term of behaviour to call him a sociopath for it.
