I will teach you two terms that are only used in japanese companies.
>Oidashibeya/ Banishment room
"the idea of the oidashibeya is that stripped of their status, ties with colleagues, and interesting work, the employees who are placed there will eventually quit out of shame and sheer boredom. Indeed, many do. And since such a resignation is “voluntary”, the company is not subject to the usual legal responsibilities that it would have in the case of a layoff."
Basically what Cover did with Coco, when the whole chinese anti drama was going on.
>Madogiwazoku
"Literally, the tribe that sits by the windows. Employees whose services were no longer needed, but that the company could not or did not want to fire, would be given a pleasant spot by the window to while away working hours by reading the newspaper."
Basically what Cover is doing with Aqua, Shion, Ayame and Hachama, because it doesn't have any pro and more cons to fire them, so they can stream whenever, because they still can make money through events, merchandise, concerts and promotions.
Now, Gura is on the same spot, she lost interest on straming, she already made a bank and doesn't really need to stream anymore, so Cover is letting her stream whenever on her channel and the only obligation she have is appearing in concerts.
