See the diffrence is Elira didn't build the clique withing Niji from zero, she got her already established clique in first. Total numbers and the peer pressure of the clique as a whole is what let them spread their influence.

If Vox tries something Kurokara can just axe him. They'd lose alot of support and stockprice sure. But that pales in comparison to what they would lose from axing Elira+Enna+Mllie+Shu and other secondary members of the clique.

There is no such thing as a "clique" it literally started as a shitpost by people that didn't like Elira because some people who were her friends got in and there's basically nothing to shitpost her about because she's completely inoffensive to the point people call her boring for it. That then got latched onto by a schizo in the NijiEN thread when Enna's behavior started to become more wild who was schizo enough about his Enna hate that he feeds his narratives to outsiders who don't really care about the truth of the situation as long as it gives them "dirt" on Nijisanji in the catalog to get more people on his side.

And by the way even the nepotism shit is dubious like why wouldn't Millie get in to NijiEN compared to Pomu, Elira etc that got in before her she was a star. Her popularity as an indie was much higher than theirs she even had experience collabing with people in Hololive. Quite literally the biggest catch the had got to date and if she wanted her friend who also had also experience in content creation for 10+ years had done some vtubing and was a very strong singer to come as a package deal then why not for the biggest talent you've got to date.

I genuinely don't think there's any kind of "clique" I think there's some people that are closer to people than others and naturally hang out more as a result but if we're talking about clique as in the actual definition of some small group of people that exclude others from outside their group then no I don't think anything like that exists.
