I just hit 2400 rating yesterday, timed almost everything on +18 and a couple 19s, I'm having the different problem (I'm a healer so I get ez invites) that only 1 out of 5 PUG groups roughly know what the fuck is going on in the dungeon so I keep having leavers and keys deplete because people die to stupid shit they should have learned to deal with before they even started doing 10s
it's becoming very frustrating so I think I'm gonna have to join a guild for m+, and pray I don't hop into the usual den of petty drama that is high-end guilds
typing this fresh off the frustration of bricking a HoV before the last boss because the tank went and comitted sudoku into an unecessary trash pack while everyone else was moving to the last area with enough trash % to finish the dungeon

Yes and no. A talent agency is far more cut and dry in its role primarily to provide sponsors. They are essentially a more hands off version of having a manager. An org is far more elaborate in providing resources as well as growing members in ways that would take too long to explain.

I would say the general opinion is that numi is fine with a lot of good and endearing qualities but her chat holds her back with old regurgitated memes they refuse to move past. She has a tendency to get stuck in feedback loops of "bottom bottom plum-kisser bottom cpr bottom" for hours at a time. Personally I find her harder to watch than the other whore clan because of it. She should do more streams where she nerds out about shit like bionicles, music, and other things she likes, as well as just more streams in general but I understand her voice limits her a bit.

the reason /lig/ was created had mostly to do with the fact that not everyone they wanted to talk about was relevant there. the + in the thread was meant to allow for discussion of Snuffy, Haruka, Anny and the likes which were extremely close to the girls and associated with them at the time of its creation. Saruei had nearly no relation to VShojo aside from 2 months-old collabs, Tob had no relation there aside from a raid chain, etc, but people wanted to discuss them there anyways because it was the closest thread to it they had at the time

I think /lig/gers growing in popularity and consuming more of /vsj+/ contributed but I don't think the split would have been anywhere near as necessary without /wvt/ being an absolute shithole of whining and complaining

I was just saying that at the time the /wvt/ issue was way more immediate than the conflicts with /vsj+/. Hell /vsj+/ is still /lig/ light a lot of the time, not that people don't complain about it.
