For better or worse, she is a very standard NijiJP style vtuber.
Streams safe games, streams safe times, swears but not overmuch, sings adequately.
She's pretty much the textbook definition of a 6/10 vtuber. Good, professional, but nothing special.

She's probably the normiest with regards to living a life outside of streaming, so her character is basically 10% cute pingu and 90% her treating you like a friend (but not a close one).

Not a nijiEN fan so my opinion likely doesn't matter, but her attempts at attracting certain types of viewers were really unappealing.

I can't shake the feeling like she's just going through the motions of being a vtuber hoping for a big break to lean into but never really finding it.

I hope she does well but I could never see myself watching her.

She's legitimately just a normal normie girl with normal normie hobbies in an industry that rewards either deep maladjusted unwashed otaku behavior or "menhera peaking her microphone because shes mentally ill" clips.
She does vtubing as a hobby. This bothers people a lot.
Besides that she's very middle of the pack. She's never done anything genuinely bad or anything genuinely good so all people do is seethe in silence because admitting you just hate her because she's just normal would make people laugh at (You).
Doubly so for the kind of "women" that watch niji (actually mentally ill, not in a meme or jokey way). They've internalized that weird fujos are undesireable, so Pomu (weird otaku girl that goes around with a MGS fannypack) is not a threat to their nijimale GFE, but Petra, being just a normal girl (not mentally ill, has irl friends, her life doesnt revolve around being an anime girl on the internet), is a legitimate threat and brings back highschool flashbacks of eating alone.
