They said they tried to talk to her about things behind the scenes but she ignored them and was anti-authority. A month of suspension and she refused to change anything. You can clearly see her PL liking comments that confirms that.

Now they'll move on and be happy without a major liability in their wave. As much as you want her to be a martyr, nothing will change.

She only started liking comments on her PL after management allowed to be harassed during her suspension and did absolutely nothing. It also didn't help that Kyo used some alt account to get the Nijifans to harass Zaion.

What do you want management to do against twitter calling her out on something she did? Same thing happened to Enna, she apologized and everything went back to normal. iirc kyo was shit talking some voice actress and people tried to tie it to zaion

That's a valid reason for her to be terminated, not for her being dogpilled after the fact. Fun fact, despite being harassed for over a month, Anycolor never once condemned or even discouraged it. It took one of their own chuubas to do it for them because he saw how bad it had gotten.

I agree, Ziaon should take responsibility for her jokes if the company doesn't agree with them. What I don't agree is how anycolor handled both Zaion suspension and termination. They gave everyone a massive laundry list of rules she broke, and let her get attacked by Twitter without releasing some statement telling people not to harass her. It's gotten so bad that Zion is now receiving death threats as well as people trying to dox and swat her.
This has got to be one of the most unprofessional ways I've seen a bribery company handle someone's termination.

Anycolor claimed they were against the defamation and harassment of vtubers so maybe they shouldn't have organized a smear campaign against Zaion. The hypocrisy of saying they care about the emotional and mental state of NijiEN livers and than a few months later they try to destroy the reputation of a terminated liver that can't even legally defend herself. Whether management did this out of anger or fear of her potentially leaking the discord chat they went too far.
