Eh, It was 70/30. Some performances were a little soft and didn't hit as hard as the song would imply. The major thing I was disappointment about was the pre-show somehow being worse than last year. Such a shame because it makes me not want to rewatch the pre-show this time around unlike with last years.

Risu is covering half of ID's firepower, but Ollie is a goddamn surprise. Sora, Azki, Roboco, Subaru also have like a third to half of JP power (Sora's appearance last year is great)

If anything, Kiara is carrying EN for Day 1, but Mumei is also a surprise although not complete knockout.

But its a surprisingly strong appearance for Day 1. Makes me looking forward for tomorrow

You can tell someone is a newfag who hasn't seen a previous Holofes if they said this day 1 is pretty good. Or their only frame of reference is Holofes 1, because any other previous instance was better than this one. They seriously fucked up on balancing the good and the bad performers across the days even discounting Deco27.

Holofes 1 is only 1 day so that probably does not count.

Holofes 2 is imbalanced with the day 2 does not even have Sora.

Holofes 3 is balanced but breaks up alot of the expected combo.

Holofes 4 is more balanced that we (somehow) get Shiraken and HoloX.

The stretch from Ollie/Haachama through to Shiraken would've made up for everything else... But there was nothing really to make up for apart from Ame. Kiara mogging everyone with her dancing during the EN group song was also based.

Tickets or events, there’s a free part on YouTube but it’s not the full event. For pirated streams, you have to camp the generals for that. Not sure, some even say discord and cut ube. I got the tickets so I wouldn’t know. Archive will be available on the usual torrent site

I think the big difference between HoloFes3 and this one so far is that there is far less difference in the hills and valleys in terms of performance. Last year you had some amazing performances as always but just as many so-so and meh performances. This year it feels like everyone upped their game.

I feel like day 1 didn't have any big standout moments other than the Ollie+Haachama duet and Suisei showing up during the Shiraken song. I get that people want to see the groupings they like, I wouldn't expect them not to do a Shiraken song, but fucking hell you have Risu for a big concert and you have her sing some dogshit generic moe denpa song with Iofi?
