Just like everyone else said very few people like or even tolerate voice changers so try to tune it down the most that you can or even stop using it
I'm not gonna complain too much about the sound and video quality since you already said you are working on it but they are pretty bad so all i'm gonna say is good luck
The little animations that were mostly done at the start and your other intro video while not really pretty artistically had a ton of SOUL and it was clear you put effort into them, i think in the long run it will be very hard to sync your avatar to the things you do on screen without you losing your mind over it so i would almost recommend you to get a 3D model since you already have a VR set, the main problem with that is how hard it is in your computer (since it already feels like you have a low budget)
Your commentary is... not the greatest but you manage to keep it entertaining and you edit it somewhat well so that we wouldn't just hear your heavy breathing for minutes on end
It felt kinda bad that your avatar animated so little by the end but it's understandable
Good luck in your next video, i'm gonna guess you keep it pre recorded since you probably can't stream with your setup without lagging so try to pump out videos daily and shill yourself if you want to become somewhat relevant on youtube
