The others need special occasions and even when they're the only member out of all of HoloPro streaming they barely reach Roberu's numbers, with 3 members of Tempus Part 2 often being on the 3view territory. Also, again, them spamming 8 members is only a problem a problem because it's been more than 18 months since Council's debut. I guarantee you if EN3 debuted last year there wouldn't be as many complaints about Tempus as we have today, not to mention StarsJP is there and they have members with a decent enough understanding of English but the collabs with them have been scarce at best and often non-existent for some members.
