You have to accept their world and your world are not the same. You can change their world, and they yours, but they cannot be on your world's surface.
We're our own stories. They can give us light, but we must forge our own path and not consign ourselves to just the side-characters of another.

I only say this because I see so many mentally ill people and autistics on here. This might be common sense for many, but for those two groups just mentioned it may not be.
