Everybody always says that Miko is the one who raped Pekora but I personally think it's the other way around. Pekora is a socially retarded shut in who probably hasn't left the house in 25 years up to that point. I think the fact that she was in somebody else's house just overwhelmed her senses and made her lose control. Once Miko fell asleep her instincts just took over and she ravaged the tiny shrine maiden (remember Pekora is much bigger than Miko IRL).
She probably didn't even realize what she was doing, she was just in a trance from her overwhelmed mind.
