Anon I don't know where you get this from, unless it's extreme recency bias since the Japan arc. In 2021 and 2022 the top 5 ENs in hours and number of streams have included 3 myths and 2 council members. Kiara, Mori and Ame do plenty of streams and the data is literally there.

- People who strongly support their oshi won't jump ship. They are unaffected by new faces.
- People with weak attachment might find someone to strongly support. Reducing the risks of stagnation and market size reduction
Only the competition fears any sign of acceleration from YAGOO.
If you think about benefits from new faces on a very superficial level, new gen is purely good news. As seen in JP and ID

When almost the entire branch has to stay for months in a country where they don't have an established place to stream by themselves the lack of new blood become disgustingly apparent. This isn't a problem with HoloJP because they live in the country so when they're not rehearsing they can stream with any problems, meanwhile only a handful of EN members live or came prepared to stream during their stay in Japan and most of the other streams were collabs with the JP members. Also who the fuck will do the watchalong for the concert in July? ID and JP will have to wake up rather early for it and even if they do to watch there's no guarantee they'll stream it, so who's left? Fucking Tempus? Is that what you want?

If there is an EN3 I can guarantee that at least two of them will be from the EU, except one of them is living in Japan atm. I think it's pretty clear that Cover wants to focus the EN branch around one city which is probably LA. So girls who are in that timezone or live in that area have an advantage.
