Nene's incline was crippled by the Chinese and had every major milestone pushed back months in order to do a complete revamp.
Polka has actual varied content: radio shows, her "Legend of Polka" miniseries, the greatest amount of fully animated song covers in Hololive (4 + plans to add 3 more soon), shorts, shitposts, Utaite stream where she sang the same song for 2 hours straight, etc.
At this point I only consider Nene to be a threat to Polka in terms of pure creativity. Lamy and Botan both exist in their respective hermit kingdoms that offer zero room to grow.
