Mio aftertalk, 3-19-2023
Mio took a nap just now while preparing. Well, more like she fell asleep for 6 minutes after lying down.
>Fes
Today was a really big day! To finally be able to perform in front of everyone right to the end again was an eye-opening experience. Mio realizes that she'll need to try harder and shine even brighter if she wants to stand on stage again. This time she was also the MC on both stages she performed on. Everything she's done up to this point has been a great way to gain experience, Mio summarizes. The weekend went by in the blink of an eye, she actually wanted to interact with fans more but was barely able to open twitter the whole time.
Mio is in awe of the improvements done every year for the fes. Everything just keeps getting better, from the song selections to the lighting. The stage for each performance is crafted in a way that fits the member and their song perfectly. Mio herself was stunned by the lightshow during 夜光通信, it was a very emotional moment for her. Animal with Koyo was really fun too with its really cute dance.

Mio was actually the one who suggested the song to OkaKoro along with a few other songs. OkaKoro always give an idea of an easygoing, happy-go-lucky pair so Mio went into it with the idea of wanting an OkaKoro-esque song where she can mix herself in. It's THE big annual live so there's a lot of things to consider but in the end they were able to mess around to the fullest. The song itself is very classy so Mio thinks it's a good choice and is a nice contrast to how serious everyone else usually is with these.
>Yakou tsuushin
Last year she sang Howling which was extremely energetic so she picked this one for a quieter, calmer feel. The song itself is about sending a message, her feelings, to the listener so Mio thought it was a good pick for the live.
>Rest
After some thought, she won't do AsaMio today. She wasn't able to get much sleep so she's extremely tired and will definitely oversleep AsaMio if she tries to stream it. She'll take some time off tomorrow to rest and watch the archives. Mio also wanted to talk about more stuff like how she how understands how the drinks are prepared now, how the goal with her special drink couldn't really be done, the fluffy Mion, the game tournament with Aki + Towa + Korone and more but she thinks she should save it for next time when she's awake and collected her thoughts.
>Blue Journey
Mio claims to not know much about the recently announced project. It's definitely mysterious with a somber feel. She saw people were talking about the cosplay girl who was handing out cards thinking it was A-chan or Nodoka but Mio thinks that's absurd.
>Expo
Mio talks about how everyone got to tour around the expo and sign things but Mio didn't because she wanted to stream and went home early. No big deal. Maybe next year she'll be able do it. Well, there's a chance the concept will be different so Mio will have to wait and see.
Normally Mio is only able to see everyone's names and icons so Mio is really happy to have attended and performed at holofes, it made her able to see who the people supporting her all this time were. Mio is delighted and grateful people wore the Mio Hoodie™ to the expo/fes knowing they might not even be a Miofa.
>Ticket lottery
Mio knows there's a lot of people who wanted to go but couldn't because of the lottery odds and other factors so Mio wants to help hololive grow to a point where more people can come to the event. It might take time but she wants it to happen. She'll work hard to achieve it while maintaining her health as usual. She'll do her best to continually improve every single day.
