Korone, sure she doesn't have impressive apparent mechanical skills, but she makes up for it in tenacity, also she's one of the few whose game selection is deeper than the usual shallow/FOTM puddle, so that gets her some bonus points for me.

Sure, they may not qualify under a rigid /v/cel definition of "gamer" if that only means you have to be a no-lifer who autistically devotes themself to that hobby, but they at least did not just start playing games after they got into Hololive, but had various connections to games before that (see roommate reps) and you can feel that they'd actually also play games in their off-time and not just treat it as a bothersome job for streaming.
