>>45735677Sorry anon, it's a youtube problem. I have similar issues with Mumei streams. Sometimes streamlink works for me (because it has a huge buffer) but there's nothing you can do to fix it outright. You can also use the youtube script that enables DVR on all videos, that'll put you behind but at least there won't be stuttering.
