They can only get away with the black company shit for so long until most of their cash cows decide to pull a Lulu/ Gibara/Moruru because the benefits of staying in nijisanji don't outweigh fucking off.

I think Anykara wants NijiID to fuck off, they've probably put them in the "retirement corner" for ages now. Its like being an indie with none of the benefits.
Getting back on topic, their disposable talent model could bite them in the ass eventually, but it really hinges on a number of factors. One of which being that enough of the popular ones leave, to where Nijisanji cant find enough talented people to fill the financial/viewership void. People gradually lose interest, and Anykara stops making money.
Another situation being that Nijisanji tanks their image so hard that barely anyone wants to join, or viewers/whales leave en masse or slowly bleed out over time. This I don't see happening anytime soon since there's always going to be a few 2views desperate to apply for any sort of boost, and if Anykara is able to get away with cheaping out on merch/events without much of a cut to income/complaints, they'll keep fucking doing it.

They need to have done something as bad as them first. No one is mad about the Gundou suspension besides dramanigger EOPs that don't even know anything about NijiJP. Most people agree it was a good decision suspending her. Hololive has had way worse drama than Niji in the past and they're doing just fine.

They already have a system set-up to have a steady influx of talents. Getting a Salome is a jackpot, but getting even 3-digit viewers per streamers are pretty good result, let alone 4-digits. Their monetizations of merchs are also going real great, with something like 30-40% of profit margin.

Basically, Anycolor is becoming a Japanese Entertainment Company. Except instead of making flesh idols, they're making vtubers

Yes, getting into Hololive might be more ideal.... but Hololive is only releasing 5 people per year? If you get lucky? That's a seriously scary ratio. Last year, Hololive only have 3 new people from HoloID.... No new HoloJP and EN. It might be easier to get into Harvard.
