When there is no real effort in doing something but a ridiculous amount of rewards, people tend to... not want to do the thing anymore. I don't know how to explain it: it's like you were handed over a game and, while a couple of bosses might catch you off-guard, you never really struggle playing it and almost everytime you one/two-shot everything in your patch, catch my drift?
I think that's what is happening with Gura.
