Nijisanji along with Kadokawa and a bunch of other investors formed a production committee and started putting out and manga and light novel as it says in the picture in OP. Niji members I think are attached to certain characters and voice act them in little animatic voice dramas from time to time. I guess there's the possibility of they group of investors consider the property successful enough they might some day develop the property into a game or anime or whatever but there's never been anything mentioned about that. The chapters of the light novel and manga are available online like normal in places like comic walker or whatever. Then I think there's one book for the light novel already out physically and the Manga first complete volume is released physically tomorrow?
