Let's not pretend that she has it hard here either. She's literally being paid 6-7 figures to sit there playing video games and talk to chat occasionally. If she can't even manage that, she'd never survive in the real world of working. Likewise, if she wants to focus up on other aspects of content creation, she's free to; Cover has literally made that clear.
So if she's bored playing video games, the only one she has to blame is herself for not trying to do other things. Gaming, Blogs, Tutorials, Stories, Zatsu, Podcasts, Reviews, etc. There is absolutely no shortage of content out there to do, IF you want to actually work that is.
