Her kick is pretty hard top for her and I don't think it's that she didn't prepare, but more that she chose the wrong song and the crew was not the best at piping in audio from the crowd hyping. It happened for other talents as well and multiple people talked about it.
There's also the fact that this isn't her first time doing this now so while there's still nervous energy, it's not as high/hyped. I think people keep forgetting that FES is a time to attract new views, and even someone like Reine had a JP stream days after the FES to try and capitalize on possible new eyes on her. You can't subside on the same people for ever and ever, and new blood has to replace the old that leaves at some point, so these opportunities are some of the best shots at attracting new fans.
