If anything I would argue the opposite, lots of people streaming in due to EN release but then diversifying to JP chuubas and maybe finding someone they like more but didn't know about yet.
As fas as appealing to EOP/ESL goes, I find it more appealing if they try to get a message in english out here and there rather than dedicating a whole stream to it but I also feel appreciated if she does so either way is fine. 99,5% of her content will still be japanese anyway.
