4 - another guy with too much stuff going on in his hair, and for some reason he also has straps ready to get his maneuvering gear attached (see picrel)
Besides that, 2 or 3 of them have huge shoes that they've stolen from Kobo. Are they trying to mimic some vshojo posters where those women are shown with disproportionately large feet? Overall, I'd say the 1st one has the most marketable face, which matters the most to vtubers, but they're all incredibly forgettable. Niji is making so much money so they could hire top artists and ensure that everything is top-notch with strict quality control, but it seems that acceleration does not need quality. Tbh, Cover also has/had some bad designs, but at this point Nijisanji is just pumping out generic/shit design vtubers like a sweatshop.
