>>46423798>Kiara is trying hard to break the stalemate but she has no charisma. No she's not? A more indepth explanation below
>Personally I think it is because both holo and niji don't really produce anything new.Nijis recline is a direction function of the "acceleration" strat by their company.
iLUNA pre debut tweets absolutely pushed a whole segment of the audience away (the segment they "inherited" from HoloEN back on LOE days), the disgust for the behaviour of the new blood going full "move, I'm gay" (literally) was palpable.
It was not immediately felt because the boys (Luxiem and Noctyx) were having their own share of problems trying to tardwrangle their chinese audience and themselves but it can be seen now.
Adding XSoleil that fast was the final straw too, all of a sudden between iLUNA and XSoleil there were more 'livers' than the entire OG girls batch on LOE, it destroyed any branch cohesion and splintered their audience.
For HoloEN, other than Tempus and Tempus 2 causing some attrition and churn in the fanbase (whose extent is subject to debates and timeloops to this day), the girls were already showing signs of what I can only described as
>tirednessMany of the HoloEN girls were tired of their audience, tired of their content, tired of their managers and just plain tired.
That led to health problems, that led to uninspired streams, led to fights with management and all sorts of troubles, even before Tempus.
A new gen or two could easily have relieved some of the girls, which could then rest on their accomplishments and trade live audience for off stream projects
>with the most obvious example being Mori, which could EASILY take the "occasional streamer full time singer" route that other girls in the company already dowith the new girls being responsible for grinding and entertaining the live audience and growing the market or at least keeping it.
But no new gen came, the "anti new gen" came with Tempus and all of a sudden this anime season doesn't look so bad, look, the cute OP Shield Girl is back!
Anons like to talk about "mindshare" and Myth's mindshare is intact, with the correct content they could easily go back to a decent live viewership, at least compatible with mid to late 2021.
But mindshare doesn't put "asses in the seats" and they have a massive name recognition, are universally beloved and admired but can't for the live of it attract a live audience to their mundane day to day streams
>except for Gura. When she streams. Which she doesn't because she's tired
