Most of the size stuff seems to cluster around a few poles of power/control or a loss-of-control/embarrassment. A lot of the "true" giantess, i.e. 50-foot or more, up to what is called mega, giga or tera, tends to be about the the power, and the interactions that come from that extreme power imbalance. A few people focus on the "Oh my gosh I'm growing and I can't control it, help me!!" angle. At least that's what I gather is the most common for those folks. I could parrot more of the other categories, but this would turn into a shitty blogpost, and those Anons should speak for themselves anyway.
Personally, I have a preference for:
(1) The smaller giantesses. Merely "tall" girls, so-called mini-giantess, up to meso-giantess (8ft up to about 50ft height). The woman is tall, but her interactions with other people, objects and so forth, is still mostly bound by physics that I can relate to.
(2) I like the growth process, especially slower, where the woman's perspective, experiences and mindset are explored over a period of hours to days as the whole situation becomes more real to them. I read a lot of erotic literature in this genre, moreso than imagery or comics, because it does a better job at exploring these changes long-form.
(3) My preference is to be the giver, focusing on the woman's pleasure, but there are all sorts of societal hang-ups about a woman being able to "let go" and feel free to enjoy herself in normal, believable social circumstances. So I get off on seeing a woman realize that her increased stature frees her from these. Extra points if she is still a "gentle" giantess, and still values her relationships with people she knows, or meets, at some level (even though she undoubtedly has more power/control now).
I don't need all of those, but any one of them is a plus.
