One must assume that the Smol Ame have a growth process that is different from regular Ame.
Are the Smol Ame birthed into the world as they are, or do they grow as regular Ame do? As babies, then toddlers, then children, then 'adult' Smol Ame? What are the differences in size? 'Adult' Smol Ame are probably one and a half feet, maybe two feet in height. A 'Lil' Smol Ame would probably be half a foot in height, liftable with the slightest tug of a single hand.
Solving this question would probably be one way of answering whether there would be Lil Smol Ame.
