>>46557677> because if you refuse enough invites or create too much hassle in order to accept you'll just not be invited anymoreYou could honestly see this coming with the way HoloEN were participating in the bigger events.
The first Summerfes was a Goodbye to Coco and at a time when Myth were the only EN members (and during Myth's prime period), so they accepted the invite, came to the server and generally had a pretty fun time - even if they were just a little bit distanced from the JPs.
The 2021 Sports fes after that invited everyone from EN, and only Mori had some work she had to do - although she still showed up in the end.
In 2022's Summer fes most of them showed up, but they were quite obviously not very enthused with all the "mingling" stuff, and 90% of the time stuck to their own EN group voice chats. Most of them didn't even set up a stream POV for their own tour. They didn't really mark their presence there for the JPs, and since they had no POVs, JOPs couldn't clip much of their reactions to all the festival stalls and stuff - so none of the Holos saw them enjoying the stalls or anything. I'd say some perhaps even thought they didn't attend in the first place, that's how thin their presence there was.
It made it pretty clear that ENs were more comfortable with staying around each other than building connections.
Miko learned from this and invited them as a "special" team for 2022 Sportsfes - which caused a bunch of fan backlash ending up with some anti using that to shit on her and making her cry.
2022 Sportsfes was a low point for the EN branch, as everyone was just going through the motions, openly yawning, showing themselves not being comfortable, and in general just being too low energy for something as hype as a sportsfes.
And that's why the invites stopped.
