I think it’s the Twitch equivalent of an ad network for youtubers. They’re just finding them deals for sponsorship.
It’s not like you’ll see Mythic in conventions or an apex tournament organized by them. They won’t do shit about the content production side of thing.

From what I've seen it seems any creator in Mythic can leave any time they want, so they aren't forced into a contract like some talent agencies. Then I imagine the sponsorship splits are as good or a little better than some agencies.
