A clipper that translated it from a language you probably don't speak else you'd likely have just linked the vod itself unless you also have mental gymnastics for that.
Everyone browsing the catalog who hasn't seen it live or in the vod is a tourist at that point and would be helped by the clip including you.
If they aren't they don't need this idea of "help" to begin with.
