Vshojo paid her upfront to join. Then Vshojo just takes a cut if sponsorships they set up for her. She hasn’t invested any money in Vshojo other than putting their logo on some of her art assests.

Her biggest appeal as Coco was always her creative content and collabs that included other Hololive members. She was special in Hololive since she was drastically different, went against the flow and it provided entertaining content. As an indie/vshojo member she’s just another vtuber among others that act the same way.

Mythic is basically signing anyone above 500 viewers with the promise of sponsors. Vshojo hasn’t really been able to provide much except their GSC partnership, con presence and those plushies they recently released In the 2 years they’ve been around. And even with the things above, only IM/Vei/Nyanners/Kson really got benefits.
