Vtubers are not idols. Some vtubers are idol-like. They are streamers, not pretend-girlfriends. That's why so many JP vtubers explicitly make that boundary clear. But stupid Western ethots jumped onto the vtuber bandwagon to try and whore themselves out, because 3D whoretubing is flooded. And many Western idiots bit the bait.
