The thing that made her popular in Hololive was the contrast of her being a gaijin whore amongst mostly seiso Japanese women and her attempts to corrupt them. It was the box and these interactions that were interesting.
Remove all that and all you have is what you see now. An american whore being an american whore. Her content isn't unique and she's just yet another generic, boring vtuber in a sea of thousands and the only ones who really watch her are devoted kson fans.
Yes, it's one of the biggest falls from ever.

one of my mods over 3 years period gave 5k subs

i have around 400 subs from 250 average viewers
