She clearly saw her numbers flatlining (perhaps due to recent rises such as the British jewba, release of EIEN putting competition on GFE, etc) and took it out on the company (uncertain whether management was truly at fault and trying to contain her, or if they just failed at tardwrangling her demands to do male collabs/open a groomercord etc).
She sees herself as a "leader" of the clique (which isn't helped by Peony being a doormat and Sava being autistic), hence becoming the Elira/Enna of /pkg/

Most likely its a scenario of Nene's old guard vs Letti clique vs Oceane being a lone wolf success that was mogging the other girls of her gen.)
Still no real evidence of whether she actually went full doxx, but I think it's at least reasonable to see things as perhaps escalating tension/series of escalation between Oceane/Aletta/Nene/Management and that spiraling into venting on a SEA doxxcord which in turn spirals out of control. I still like the evil villainess rrat, but at the same time, it seems Zoey is still holding the most professional stance with work ethic to back it up, so internal drama seems to be as good of a rationale as any for this clusterfuck of graduations/terminations.
