So even the girls who might have some issues or other with the job are HIGHLY incentivized to keep it coasting, because no matter your problems you know this is as good as its gonna get and you'll never get a better job that makes you more money for as little work ever in your life. So, if we assume Kawaii Gen 3 left because they thought they could get better money elsewhere/on their own, this would probably never happen in Holo, because it's already the peak and there's not really anywhere else to earn more money (unless you really break into the mass normie mainstream, but none of the girls are actually talented enough for that)
So most of the "bad behavior" from HoloEN girls, barring the rare actual menhera moment, is contained to them being able to afford to take constant breaks and vacations with various tummy/phone/ISP hort excuses and getting away with it. Smaller vtubers who don't have that massive passive income to coast on can't afford to simply take a break for a while, so their menhera moments manifests themselves in more tangible retardations.
