>>46955186>I recommend you to give Polka the benefit of the doubtAt this point I honestly don't think I can give it the benefit of the doubt anymore. They could've easily just have made separate watchalongs and keep it at a reply on each other's twitter announcement or something, but this wasn't the case.
This was brewing for some time, as previously mentioned. Polden, shorts and now streams, does she really have to do a duet with a Holostar member for people to be 100% about her stance on this issue?
>I honestly don't care about vtubers anymore, neither about HololiveI feel this so much. I didn't even watch the last festival, I just skipped to Polka's appearance and that was about it. Hell, I was giving her regular content a pass for being sometimes boring as shit (let's be honest, her pumping PolDen content about eating X isn't that entertaining, and she couldn't even do it in time) because I was assuming she was an idol first and foremost, but since she now assumed the role of being an entertained, I can't do that anymore.
>Vtubing as a whole sucks and it's corrupted as anime.I don't think so. Before Polka I hated streams (I still do, I think it sucks as a medium of entertainment and it is just barely better than television) but there's a ton of good stuff that can be done in vtubing that regular YouTubers can't. Why do you think pngtubers existed before that term even was coined?
I wouldn't drop vtubing as a genre because that would be really extreme, like dropping a genre of music because you stopped liking an artist.
>I recommend anyone who didn't like this collab to say it in the comments with DeepL or something. She asked for feedback after all.I'm taking my chances of having her reading this and 5ch, but let's be real now, she has ignored these sites altogether a long time ago.
Polka can keep creating content to her audience, I'll keep to myself.
Sad thing is that tomorrow my membership was going to get an auto-renewal. I think I'm good.
